Apartment Tour- Living Room

This is the moment you have all been waiting for! You have seen countless posts about purchases I may or may not have made, inspiration photos galore, and an all around annoying amount of information. So I moved in about a month ago and I finally have all my crap together so it is time to give you all the grand tour! I was going to just do this all in one post since it is a legit small apartment, but why give you all the satisfaction at once? So we are starting in the living room!

So this is what you see when you first walk in. Keep in mind this apartment was furnished so like 20 percent of the furniture items are mine and I will point those out as we go.

When I first starting planning my apartment decor I knew I wanted my color scheme to be blush and navy, I really didn’t anticipate taking it this far haha but here we are and I live in a blush and navy bubble.

We are going to go over the kitchen in a separate post so don’t pay attention to my island. Anyways lets get started!

There were a few things that I really cared about when I started decorating, basically I didn’t want to buy anything that was uncomfortable or that I would be scared to get dirty. That’s why I love all of my pillows and my couch throw, its cute but if something happened to it, it wouldn’t be the end of the world.

I got my pillows from target but they sold out these are similar

My throw here

I actually have two of these lamps (one is in my bedroom)

This stand is directly under my TV

I got this tray from here and my cacti are actually real and they sprout the weirdest flowers.

So my chair is the only piece of actual furniture that got purchased. Its really comfy and such a good deal from here.

I saw this art at Urban and I had to have it just because it matches. I have to say the quality of the frame is terrible and I think I will probably have to re-frame it in the future.

My Vase is from CB2 but I have a dream of buying this over priced vase instead

I love my living room, its cozy and nice and makes me think about Anthropologie (because I go through 2 of these candles a month) when I sit on my couch. When I am sitting on my couch enjoying a quesadilla at 11:35 p.m. and I look around at the lovely atmosphere, it makes me want to eat a elevated meal to match my elevated decor.

Anyways I got off on a bit of a tangent there, but you guys are totally going to die when you see my bedroom, it’s really cute.
